Creating Templates

Platform Components

• My Interviews — view, start, and resume interviews assigned to you. The first page you see after onboarding.
• Interviews — review organization-wide results, scores, and performance details.
• Templates — build and customize templates manually or generate questions from job description PDFs.
• Candidates / Invite Candidate — send interview invitations by email or public link. This entry appears differently depending on your role and app configuration.
• Analytics — monitor hiring metrics, candidate performance trends, and team efficiency.
• Settings — configure branding, interview defaults, integrations, and team permissions from the sidebar settings section.

For Candidates

• Web browser with camera and microphone permissions
• Stable internet connection (minimum 5 Mbps)
• Quiet environment for video interviews
• Desktop, laptop, or tablet (mobile supported for some question types)
