User Management
Manage your organization's teammates, permissions, and access policies from a single view.
Overview
The User Management area centralizes everything related to your team. From here you can invite new collaborators, assign roles, adjust privileges, and enforce security standards that align with your hiring workflow.
Access
- Available to organization administrators and users with the Manage Members permission
- Located under Settings > Users
- Updates sync instantly across your entire organization
Inviting Teammates
Add Users by Email
- Click Invite User
- Enter the teammate's name and work email
- Choose the appropriate role (Admin, Collaborator, Viewer, or custom role)
- (Optional) Assign the user to specific candidate pools or exam groups
- Send the invitation – the recipient receives an activation email immediately
Bulk Invitations
- Upload a CSV with name, email, and role columns
- Preview the import to validate role assignments
- Send invitations in a single batch with consistent permissions
Roles & Permissions
- Admin – Full access to organization, billing, and configuration
- Manager – Manage assessments, analytics, and team activity
- Reviewer – View candidate data, leave feedback, score assessments
- Viewer – Read-only access for audits or leadership reviews
Tip: Use custom roles to match your internal approval hierarchy or region-specific compliance needs.
Managing Members
- Search and filter by role, status, or last activity
- Suspend or reactivate access with a single click
- Transfer ownership of assessments between teammates
- View audit history of invitations, role changes, and removals
Invite Candidate
The candidate invitation flow is also surfaced from User Management when you need to add external candidates manually. This section operates independently from your ATS, so candidates and their results won’t sync automatically.
- Assigned Exams: Select one or more exams from the Exam Engine
- Quick Invite Option: Generate a shareable link without sending individual emails
- Candidate Information: Enter email, first name, and last name
- Interview Avatar: Choose a custom interviewer avatar or use organization defaults
- Interview Language: Set the interview in the candidate’s preferred language
