User Management
Manage organization members, roles, permissions, and candidate access in NTRVSTA.
User Management controls who can access your organization and what they can do inside it. Use this page to understand roles, manage teammates, and find where candidate invitation access appears in the app.
At a glance
Keep access aligned with how your team works
Admins can manage organization members from Users. Managers usually work from candidate invitation flows and interview review areas. The right role keeps each person focused on the work they need to do.
Access is mainly split across two areas in the sidebar:
- Users — manage organization members and their roles (Admin only)
- Candidates / Invite Candidate — invite candidates to complete interviews. Managers usually see this as a sidebar item; Admin users can also access candidate invitations from Users.
Roles and Permissions
NTRVSTA has four roles:
| Role | Access |
|---|---|
| Admin | Manage organization settings, billing, branding, teammates, interviews, analytics, and reports |
| Manager | Invite candidates, assign interviews, and review team results and analytics |
| Member | Complete assigned interviews, review personal results, and update their profile |
| Interviewee | Take assigned interviews only |
Admin users can manage roles from the Users page.
Users
Accessible from the sidebar Users item. Shows a table of all organization members with:
- Name and Email
- Role — Admin, Manager, Member, or Interviewee
- Status — active or pending
The Show interviewees toggle includes or excludes Interviewee-role users from the table.
Managing Users
Click Manage on a user row to open the actions dropdown:
- Change role — reassign the user to a different role. Interviewee roles cannot be changed from this page
- Remove role — deactivate the user's access
Inviting Teammates
Click Invite teammate to add a new organization member. The form collects:
- Email — must match the organization's domain
- First name and last name
- Role — choose from Member, Manager, or Admin
The invited user receives an email with sign-in instructions.
