Key Metrics at a Glance
- Average Score: Overall performance average across all candidates
- Median Score: Middle value of all scores, useful for seeing the typical performance
- Average Duration: How long candidates typically spend completing assessments
- Standard Deviation: Measures how spread out the scores are
Participation Insights
- Total Candidates: Number of people who took the assessment
- Taken Percentage: Portion of invited candidates who actually participated
- Completion Rate: Percentage of candidates who finished the entire assessment
- Success Rate: Percentage of candidates who passed (scored above 60%)
Visual Data
The dashboard includes visualizations like score distribution graphs to help you understand performance patterns at a glance.
Using the Dashboard
- Toggle between "Today" and "All Exams" to adjust your data view
- Monitor completion and success rates to evaluate your assessment effectiveness
- Use the insights to refine your hiring criteria and assessment strategy
Note: For statistical relevance, the system will notify you when candidate numbers are too low for meaningful analysis.
