Interview Results
Review completed interviews, watch candidate recordings, and analyze AI-generated scores and insights in NTRVSTA.
Use this page to review candidate performance, compare completed interviews, and investigate individual sessions in more detail. Manager and Admin users can review organization-wide interviews from Interviews. Members and Interviewees can view their own results from My Interviews.
At a glance
Move from overview to evidence
Start with the interview list to find the right candidate or template. Open the detail view when you need the score breakdown, AI highlights, video, transcript, whiteboard work, or technical session details.
Interviews List
The results list helps you find the right interview quickly:
- Search — find candidates by name, email, or template
- Filters — Template, Location, Status, Score range (≥ X)
- Sort — Most Recent, Oldest, Highest Score, Lowest Score
- Per page — 10, 25, or 50 results
- View — grid (cards) or table toggle
Interview Statuses
Each interview has one of seven statuses:
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Scheduled | The interview has been sent to the candidate |
| In Progress | The candidate is actively taking the interview |
| Processing | The interview is complete and AI analysis is running |
| Paused | The candidate paused and can resume |
| Completed | Results are ready for review |
| Expired | The interview deadline passed |
| Failed | A technical error prevented completion |
Candidate Cards
In grid view, each card gives you a quick summary of the interview:
- Candidate name and email
- Interview status badge
- Overall score
- Category scores with progress bars: Communication Clarity, Technical Accuracy, Language Proficiency
- Video preview with playable inline player
- Integrity warning (if detected)
- Whiteboard badge (if whiteboard mode was enabled)
Card Actions
- Click a card to open the detail view
- Admin users can reset interviews (from In Progress, Processing, Paused, Completed, Expired, or Failed statuses) to allow candidates to retake them
Interview Detail View
Open any interview to move from a quick summary into a full review. The detail view has four main tabs:
Overview
Start here for the fastest high-level review of the candidate's performance:
- AI Highlights — key strengths and observations
- Suggestions for Improvement — areas where the candidate could improve
- Score cards with percentile comparison against other candidates
- Integrity Analysis — flags potential cheating or unusual behavior when detected
Video & Chapters
Use this tab when you want to watch the interview and jump to specific moments:
- Full video player — standard play, pause, seek, volume, and fullscreen controls
- Trailer mode — concatenated highlight clips for quick review, with custom transport controls
- Chapter navigation — click a chapter to seek the video to that section. Each chapter shows the question, answer transcript, and evaluation
- Multi-language subtitles — English, Spanish, French, Italian, Chinese, German, Portuguese, and Croatian
- Mini player — keeps playback running when navigating away from the detail page
- Audio-only playback — supported when the interview did not include video
While video is processing, a status screen shows progress through creation, chapter generation, and AI analysis.
Transcript
Use the transcript tab when you want to scan answers, copy responses, or review the interview without watching the full recording. Full transcripts are available for completed interviews.
Whiteboard
When whiteboard mode was enabled, this tab shows the task description, the candidate's whiteboard image, and AI analysis of the whiteboard session.
Additional Tools
- Technical Details — device, browser, OS, hardware, network, microphone, and camera information for the session
- Report Issue — flag content or technical problems
- Share — generate a shareable link so interview results can be reviewed outside your organization
