- Interview background — image shown on supported interview-related screens
What To Review Here
Branding is worth checking before you begin inviting candidates or sharing interview links. Small updates here affect how your company is presented throughout the product.
Focus on:
- Using the organization name candidates should recognize
- Uploading a clean logo that works well on dark backgrounds
- Choosing a background image that feels on-brand without distracting from the interview flow
Custom Domain
Some workspaces also use a custom sign-in or candidate-facing domain such as app.your-company.com.
If your organization uses that setup, note that custom domain management may live under account-level settings rather than this Branding page.
When To Update Branding
- Before inviting candidates from a new organization
- When your company logo or name changes
- When you want candidate-facing pages to better match your hiring brand
Branding updates affect shared organization presentation, so it is worth checking how they appear before sending a new batch of invitations.
